Founded in 2019 by Marcus Chen, Dapper Drop was born from a simple frustration: shopping for men's accessories is time-consuming and overwhelming. After years working in luxury retail, Marcus saw an opportunity to bring the boutique experience directly to men's doorsteps.
Today, our Austin-based team of stylists and product scouts sources from over 60 independent brands and artisans across the United States. Every item in your Dapper Drop box is evaluated for quality, versatility, and timeless appeal.

When will my Dapper Drop box ship each month?οΌ
All subscription boxes ship on the 15th of each month. If the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, your box ships the next business day. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our Austin fulfillment center. Delivery typically takes 3β5 business days within the continental US.
Can I customize what goes into my box?οΌ
Each month's curation is a surprise β that's part of the Dapper Drop experience. However, you can set style preferences in your account dashboard (classic, bold, minimalist, or eclectic) and note any categories you'd prefer we avoid. Our style team uses these preferences when assembling your box. Premier members also receive a quarterly consultation call where they can discuss upcoming preferences in detail.
What if I don't like an item in my box?οΌ
We want you to love every item. If something isn't your style, you can return it within 30 days for a credit toward your next box. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Simply visit your account page, select the item, and print a prepaid return label. Credits are applied automatically to your next billing cycle.
How do I pause or cancel my subscription?οΌ
You're in full control. Pause or cancel anytime from your account dashboard β no phone calls, no hidden fees. If you cancel before the 5th of the month, you won't be billed for that month's box. Pausing lets you skip up to three consecutive months while keeping your membership active.
Do you ship internationally or to APO/FPO addresses?οΌ
Currently, Dapper Drop ships to all 50 US states including Alaska and Hawaii, plus APO/FPO military addresses. International shipping to Canada and the UK is available for an additional flat rate of $12 per box. We're actively exploring expansion to additional countries β stay tuned.
